At Kids Minnie, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we don’t offer cash refunds, we do offer exchanges and store credit under the conditions below.
1. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange if:
- You received the wrong item, size, or colour
- The item is damaged or defective
- The item doesn’t fit
To be eligible for exchange:
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
2. No Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. In cases where an exchange is not possible, we may offer store credit (based on product value, excluding delivery charges).
3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom orders or limited-edition drops
- Items damaged due to misuse, washing errors, or alterations
4. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange:
- Contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or email within 7 days
- Provide your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable)
- Wait for confirmation before sending the item back
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was faulty or incorrect)
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a wrong or damaged item, we’ll cover the return shipping and send the correct product at no extra cost.
