At Kids Minnie, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible while ensuring smooth operations.
1. Order Cancellation (By Customer)
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
To cancel:
- Contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or email as soon as possible
- Provide your order number and full name
- If the order has not been processed or dispatched, we’ll cancel it and confirm
Note: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you can follow our Exchange Policy after delivery.
2. Order Cancellation (By Kids Minnie)
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
- The item is out of stock
- There is an issue with the payment or delivery details
- The order appears to be fraudulent or incomplete
In such cases, we’ll notify you and offer an alternative, a store credit, or a full refund if applicable.
3. Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders that are cancelled before shipping, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days via the original payment method or offer store credit, as per your preference.
