At Kids Minnie, we want you to love what you buy. If something’s not right, we’re here to help through easy exchanges or store credit. Please read our return terms carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return a product if:

1. You received the wrong item, size, or colour
2. The item is damaged or defective
3. You want to exchange for a different size

To qualify:

1. Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
2. The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags
3. You must provide your order number or proof of purchase

2. Items NOT Eligible for Return

1. Sale or discounted items
2. Custom orders
3. Items damaged due to misuse, washing errors, or personal alterations

3. Return Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or email
2. Share your order number, reason for return, and photos (if the item is damaged/incorrect)
3. Wait for our confirmation before sending the item back
4. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect

4. Refunds and Store Credit

1. We do not offer cash refunds
2. If a return is accepted and an exchange isn’t possible, we’ll issue store credit equal to the item’s price (excluding shipping charges)

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.
