A. Shipping Within Pakistan

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

  2. Standard Delivery: 2 to 7 working days.
  3. Order Processing: Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next working day.
  4. Potential Delays: Delivery times may extend during sales, Eid holidays, bad weather, or for remote locations.
  5. Shipping Charges
  6. Flat Rate: A flat rate of [e.g., PKR 250] applies to all orders nationwide.
  7. Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over e.g., PKR 15,000.
  8. Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or faulty.

B. International Shipping

We are excited to offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  6. Calculated at Checkout: International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and order weight. The final cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.
  7. Customs & Import Taxes: International customers are subject to their country's customs duties and taxes. Kids Minnie is not responsible for these charges. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

General Shipping Terms (Apply to All Orders)

  1. Order Processing
  2. All orders are processed and verified within 24–48 hours of placement. You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your payment is confirmed.
  3. Tracking Your Order
  4. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this number to monitor your delivery's progress on the courier partner’s website.
  5. Potential Delays
  6. While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays can happen due to:

  8. Inclement weather or natural disasters
  9. Public holidays
  10. International customs clearance procedures
  11. We will proactively notify you if there is a significant delay affecting your order.
  12. Delivery Attempts
  13. Domestic: Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us. Re-delivery will require additional shipping charges.
  14. International: Local postal/courier services in your country will follow their standard delivery attempt procedure. Failure to receive the package may result in its return to us, for which we cannot provide a refund.
